Before you schedule your next meeting, pause and ask yourself one simple question: Is a meeting truly necessary?
Too many meetings happen out of habit, not because they move work forward. If the same outcome can be achieved through an email, shared document, or quick one-on-one, skip the meeting.
If you can’t clearly define the outcome, that’s your signal to rethink it. Protect your team’s time and energy by only bringing people together when there’s a true need.
