As you can imagine, our master trainers are busy with their classroom duties. Typically, the only way to speak live with an instructor is to actually attend one of our workshops. In that environment, you’ll have an opportunity to ask questions about the course content, as well as seek advice and feedback on individual projects and other training-related issues. If you have content-related questions about your product, our knowledgeable Client Service Representatives will be happy to assist you.
If you have questions after purchasing a product, please feel free to contact a Client Service Representative. They are extremely knowledgeable about our products and workshops. The Langevin Freedom Pass (pass) is assigned to the company that purchases it and remains with that company for the duration of the pass. Passes are transferable within the same company and can be used for multiple employees.
You can cancel or reschedule an enrollment up to 5 business days before the workshop begins without penalty. Rescheduled workshops must be attended prior to expiry date of the pass.
If you cancel less than 5 business days before the workshop begins, or fail to inform us that you cannot attend a workshop (i.e. a no show), the workshop days will be deducted from the pass.
If Langevin needs to cancel, change, or postpone a workshop for any reason, we will try to give as much notice as possible. Langevin will not be liable for any costs incurred or any consequential damages because of a workshop cancellation.
All 12/18 training days must be attended within 1 year of purchasing the Langevin Freedom Pass. The pass expires after 12/18 training days or 1 year, whichever comes first. If all 12/18 training days are not attended within the 1 year, the remaining days will expire along with the pass.
The Langevin Freedom Pass cannot be applied to the purchase of any product (eBooks, self-study kits, e-learning modules, workshop manuals), professional coaching and consulting services, or workshops at your location.
Certification discounts do not apply to the pass.
All Langevin Freedom Pass purchases are final. There are no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on pass purchases. There are no extensions on passes.
The Langevin Learning Passport (passport) is assigned to one user and remains with that user for the duration of the passport. Passports purchased by individuals are non-transferable. As such, passports purchased by organizations are non-transferable within the organization. All passports are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-cancellable. There are no extensions on passports.
