The blended approach in this workshop combines 4 synchronous sessions with offline self-paced activities. Part of your live, online time will be spent participating in a variety of discussions and exercises like case studies and scenarios. Approximately 2 to 3 hours will be required as intersession work to read the material and prepare for those activities. This will allow us more time together in the live sessions to get to the real substance of management and leadership.
