First, choose a workshop that fits the needs of your training department. You’ll work with one of our content experts to find the workshop that best fits your objectives, whether they are design, conversion, or facilitation related.
Next, review the objectives of the workshop you chose. You’ll be partnered with one of our master trainers to consult with you to focus on the objectives that best fit your organization. We’ll also analyze the target audience, including experience and background, and determine the constraints your team is working with. All this information is used to customize our workshop to focus on the content most relevant to you and your team.
Once the workshop is scheduled, your team will work with one of our training teams (a facilitator and producer) in a series of workshop sessions exclusively for your group. Each session will take place in the Adobe Connect platform with integrated audio. Each session has a robust design that includes active participation for everyone. Your team will receive relevant hands-on practice on the skills they need to improve their job performance! They can even work on developing solutions to meet your organization’s specific needs. Participants will log out of each virtual classroom session with knowledge and skills and customizable templates to help transfer it all back to their training room or into their next design project.
After the workshop, you can debrief with the facilitator to review the overall success of the workshop and even receive feedback on specific objectives along with next steps. Your team will have a list of action items they are ready and prepared to implement.
