Things to know

For managers, supervisors, and leaders at any level who want to effectively manage, mentor, and motivate their team of any size, whether it is remote or in person. Not limited to training managers or training departments.

The blended approach in this workshop combines 4 synchronous sessions with offline self-paced activities. Part of your live, online time will be spent participating in a variety of discussions and exercises like case studies and scenarios. Approximately 2 to 3 hours will be required as intersession work to read the material and prepare for those activities. This will allow us more time together in the live sessions to get to the real substance of management and leadership.

Maximum Class Size: 15 participants (We limit class size to ensure maximum value and participation for our clients.)

  • Log in to the Adobe Connect platform using the link that will be sent prior to your workshop. 
  • Expect an engaging, highly interactive, hands-on workshop with plenty of practice opportunities using breakout rooms, chat, polls, whiteboard annotation tools, etc.
