Langevin Learning Freedom Pass Policies:

• The Langevin Freedom Pass is assigned to the company that purchases it and remains with that company for the duration of the pass. Passes are transferable within the same company and can be used for multiple employees.
• You can cancel or reschedule an enrollment up to 5 business days before the workshop begins without penalty. Rescheduled workshops must be attended prior to expiry date of the pass.
• If you cancel less than 5 business days before the workshop begins, or fail to inform us that you cannot attend a workshop (i.e. a no show), the workshop credits will be deducted from the pass.
• If Langevin needs to cancel, change, or postpone a workshop for any reason, we will try to give as much notice as possible. Langevin will not be liable for any costs incurred or any consequential damages because of a workshop cancellation.
• All 12 or 18 training credits must be attended within 1 year of purchasing the Langevin Freedom Pass. The pass expires after 12 or 18 training credits or 1 year, whichever comes first. If all 12 or 18 training credits are not attended within the 1 year, the remaining credits will expire along with the pass.
• The Langevin Freedom Pass cannot be applied to the purchase of any e-learning module or exclusive workshops for your team.
• Certification discounts do not apply to the pass.
• All Langevin Freedom Pass purchases are final. There are no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on pass purchases. There are no extensions on passes.
