Designing Interactive Training: Selecting Methods, Media, and Tools
$529
This e-learning module shows you how to select engaging instructional methods to present your training content and have learners practice the skills and knowledge in the most meaningful way. You’ll learn how to select media (i.e. audio, graphics, text, video) to deliver the chosen methods in the most effective manner, and you’ll learn how to select tools to make your methods more interactive and engaging.
This personalized, asynchronous course will allow you to choose your focus for applying the skills and knowledge you will learn. You may focus on one or more of the following training strategies: face-to-face instructor-led training (ILT), synchronous virtual classroom training (VC), and/or asynchronous e-learning (AeL). And an added bonus—you’ll walk away with several downloadable job aids to help you hit the ground running on your next design project.
