Greetings from “The City of Angels!” I’m Melissa Grey Satterfield, a native of Las Vegas, now residing in the greater Los Angeles area. I am proud to be a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where I studied broadcast communications.
During my college years, and for a few years beyond, I worked as an on-air personality for several radio and TV stations in Las Vegas. I’ve always been a bit of a performer, which is probably why training is such a good fit for me. While studying at UNLV, I often dreamed of moving to sunny Los Angeles—and now, here I am!
Hi there! I’m Alan Magnan, a Canadian-born-and-raised master trainer and instructional designer with Langevin Learning Services. I grew up in and around the Ottawa area where I studied business administration in college.
I started my career in the telecommunications industry in 1988, then moved on to a software company in 1990. I had the opportunity to conduct training in both industries.
Hi everyone. I’m Marsha Weisleder, a born-and-bred Torontonian (yes, some of us do exist) and I’ve lived in Toronto, Canada most of my life.
I moved to Atlanta, Georgia in January 2015. No, not because of the weather or a desire to be a southern belle…you see, I fell in love and married an American. Very exciting! All of my schooling was done in Toronto. After graduating from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience, I attended Osgoode Hall Law School. I graduated in 1991 and was called to the Bar in 1993.
Hello from sunny Orlando, Florida! I’m Dawn Lang. I grew up in the Midwest and lived in Colorado before moving to Florida. My passion for teaching started in third grade and I’ve never looked back!
As an educator, technology trainer, instructional designer, and facilitator/producer of virtual training, I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders in all different contexts to support their learning and application of skills and knowledge.
My name is Ron Chambers and I was born and raised in the suburbs of New York City – “Go Yankees!” I have also been fortunate to live and work overseas, while visiting almost 60 countries.
I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in business economics and an MBA from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management. Working for Langevin Learning Services has been a very rewarding and enlightening journey.
Hi there, I’m Adam Langevin. I was born in Ottawa, Canada, studied Police Foundations in the area, and still call it home.
I started with Langevin in 2014 as a virtual classroom producer and love working in the classroom. Helping our clients and learning they’ve achieved success in their careers is very fulfilling. In 2017, I had the opportunity to work on the design of a new workshop with our product development team.
Hi, I’m Meghan Harper. Born in Ottawa, Ontario, I moved to Toronto in 2012 to study Film Production at York University and am proud to call Toronto my home.
I began working with Langevin in the summer of 2020. After spending four years in restaurant administration and guest services, I was thrilled for the opportunity to pivot my skills into the role of virtual classroom producer. I thoroughly enjoy helping our learners reach their goals in and out of the virtual classroom.
Hi there, I’m Kandace Mathieu. I’m from Ottawa, Ontario, where I graduated from the Baking and Pastry Arts program at Algonquin College. I’ve moved around a lot, but finally settled in the little village of Chapeau, Quebec.
I started with Langevin in 2018 as a marketing coordinator. I really enjoyed this role as I was able to experience a behind-the-scenes view of the company and better understand all that Langevin has to offer. In 2020, I was offered (and happily accepted!) the chance to become a virtual classroom producer.
